New legislation has been enacted regarding the public reporting of documents that could potentially identify specific individuals or for which a person's identity could be derived. KSDE is complying with these new requirements. As a result student level MIS data reports are no longer being posted on the KSDE website. If individuals wish to obtain the type of data that was posted in prior years, a Data Request form is available at http://www.ksde.org/DataReports/DataRequests/RequestforData.aspx. Completed request forms will go to the KSDE Research and Evaluation department. Please note: Data requests returned will be aggregated reports and may contain suppressed cells if the population in a given category is less than 10.
