USD Budget files can be downloaded for the current school year through 2010-2011 school year.  Beginning with the 2014-2015 school year, each district includes the following PDF files: Budget at a Glance, Budget Profile, Budget document, Form 150 and one-page Summary.

USD Expenditure Reports (links to KSDE Data Central)

School Finance Reports Warehouse: You can dynamically create reports for the immediately preceding school year through 2007-2008 school year.  The most reports common are:

• Current Operating Expenditures - This report includes current operating expenditures as defined by the U.S.Census Bureau. Expenditures are reported by function compared to the statewide expenditures by function, as well as percentage by function and Free and Reduced priced meal enrollment percentage.
• Expenditures per Pupil - This report includes the Total Expenditures Per Pupil for each district and state totals, as well as Capital Outlay Expenditures Per Pupil, Bond & Interests Expenditures Per Pupil and All Other Fund Expenditures Per Pupil.
• Total Expenditures - This report shows the 10-year history for the selected district or state totals.  The Total Expenditures are reported by State, Federal and Local sources, including the Amount Per Pupil and the percentage of increase or decrease by the Amount Per Pupil.

Comparative Performance and Fiscal System (CPFS):  You can dynamically create custom reports for one or more districts by Fund, Function or Object Code for revenues or expenditures.  This application includes budget data for the current budgeted/estimated school year through the 2007-2008 school year.

• Legal Max spreadsheet for the current school year (published late November) through 2005-2006 school year.  The spreadsheet includes prior years' enrollment, current year weightings, legal General Fund and Supplemental General Fund, etc.

K-12 School Reports (links to Data Central) - You can dynamically create reports for current school year through 2007-2008 school year at the county level or organization level.  Data available includes enrollment, dropouts, graduates, attendance rate, average salaries for teachers/principals/superintendents, certified and non-certified staff, inclement weather dates, transportation, etc.
