Cathy Hopkins is a native Kansan who values her faith, family and education. She owned a small business for nine years and worked for the local chamber of commerce for three and a half years. She also worked for nine years at a national law firm where she developed a training program and curriculum for the firm’s administrative staff members. Mrs. Hopkins traveled across the United States to train staff members and co-supervised more than 30 administrative assistants.
During the six years that Mrs. Hopkins lived out of state, she served at a global ministry headquarters – three of those years as executive director of the international association branch of the ministry.
She and her husband live in Hays and have six children and 13 grandchildren.
