Funding from the Promoting Advancement in Computing Knowledge (PACK) Act has allowed the Kansas State Department of Education to partner with The College Board to provide training opportunities, many at no cost, to Kansas educators and administrators this summer.
April 2023 marks one year since Learning Forward released revised Standards for Professional Learning. Since then, educators have learned about standards through webinars, networks and professional learning communities, as well as how to use standards tools.

This hands-on training will introduce communication systems; developing meaningful activities; human guide techniques; and simulation/experiential activities. Registration capacity is 30 people in person. There is no cost to attend. This workshop also will be made available virtually via Zoom.
