The Kansas Digital Learning Conference is scheduled for Feb. 15-16 at the Andover eCademy, 1411 N. Main in Andover.
Lodging will be at the Tru by Hilton in Andover. The conference room rate is $96 per night, and reservations can be made through the conference registration link here.
Attendees will be able to choose from three to four daily breakout sessions covering a variety of content and topics, including building community, special education, effective Tier 2 and 3 interventions in a virtual setting, project-based learning and more. There also will be a panel discussion with veteran virtual school directors, a question-and-answer session with Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) staff members and time set aside for collaboration.
This year’s event will also include information on alternative education, so districts are encouraged to bring alternative staff members to the conference.
The cost to attend is $100.
The conference is sponsored by KSDE, Greenbush Education Service Center, Orion Education and Training and the Kansas Technical Assistance System Network (TASN).
