Districts should begin reviewing data to check for inaccuracies before entering it into DGSR

The Dropout Graduation Summary Report (DGSR) will be opening Oct. 1. To prepare for this, it is suggested that districts review their data between now and then to check for inaccuracies that will complicate reporting for the DGSR.

Data should be validated across all levels K-12 to ensure reporting for the DGSR is as accurate as it can be for your district.

If this is your first attempt, you might look at the DGSR webpage, which is located here: Dropout Graduation Summary Report (DGSR) (ksde.org).

If you have any questions in the run-up to the window opening, please let KSDE know by contacting the DGSR Helpdesk by email at dgsrhelpdesk@ksde.org or by phone at (785) 296-7935 or (785) 296-3444.
