Each year, a school system’s District Leadership Team (DLT) will participate in a one-day collaboration on continuous school improvement with a small number of like-system district leadership teams.
The purpose for these School Improvement Days is three-fold:
• To establish a consistent cadence of collaboration with similar systems each year.
• To share best practices on school improvement.
• To gain feedback from peers on your system’s action plan.
