Join KSDE Science and Maize South High School from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., on May 30-31, for a science summit centered around the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and standards alignment/storyline process.
The first day will provide teachers with a glimpse of the storyline process with examples from their specific content areas. The second day will focus on the initial two storyline routines. Network, collaborate and grow with this exceptional group.
During this session, participants will pick the grade level that best fits their needs. There will be content specific sensemaking.
There is no cost for this summit and lunch and snacks will be on your own. Professional development certificates will be available. College credit will also be available but for an additional cost. A confirmation email will be sent two weeks prior to the event.
