Beginning July 1, 2024, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation will increase the costs of providing fingerprint-based record checks to state agencies to $57.
To cover the increase, the Kansas State Department of Education must raise the fingerprint background check fee for teacher licensure requests from $50 to $57.
