Spring 2024 ACT, WorkKeys updates offered for test coordinators

The following spring 2024 ACT and WorkKeys updates are being offered for test coordinators by Lee Jones, ACT/WorkKeys assessment coordinator for the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE): 
ACT 

If you have students who will need accommodations for the ACT, you must submit requests through TAA by Friday, Jan. 5. 

  • To enroll students for ACT paper or online testing, submit the Student Data Upload Header Template by Jan.12. That submission creates the order for paper testing materials. 
  • Verify enrollment and select accommodations materials needed. 
  • You will be able to create online test sessions beginning Jan. 22. 


WorkKeys 

  • To enroll students for WorkKeys paper testing, submit Student Data Upload Header Template by Jan. 12. That submission creates the order for paper testing materials. 
  • Verify enrollment and select accommodations materials needed for paper testing. 
  • You will be able to enroll students in Validus for online testing beginning Jan. 30.
