The submission window for the Dropout Graduation Summary Report (DGSR) closes Tuesday, Oct. 31.
This report provides all schools and districts an opportunity to review and certify their dropout and graduation data.
Any school/district that doesn’t submit this report by Oct. 31 will by default have its data considered as accurate.
All schools should review the DGSR now to ensure that they have no unresolved exits. Any unresolved exits in seventh through 12th grades that are not corrected will automatically become dropouts for that school once the DGSR closes. All schools must sign off on the DGSR, including elementary and middle schools with no unresolved exits or dropouts.
To help your staff members navigate this report, refer to the DGSR User Manual and training webinar. This guidance is available on the KSDE Graduation webpage.
