Strong instructional leadership is crucial to system change and continuous improvement. Leading a system through change and adaptive challenges requires intentionality and professional learning.
Join the Kansas State Department of Education for Adaptive Schools Training, which will take place during the next three school years.
By engaging in this four-day training, district leadership teams will have the capacity to:
Carol Brooks Simoneau, director for Thinking Collaborative, will provide the training.
Only 50 to 80 spots are available at the five regional education service centers. Registration is open until all spots are filled. Training begins in October.
