Systems have until June 30 to submit and correct chronic absentee data via the End of the Year Assessment (EOYA) record.
Chronic absentee data isn’t final until all EOYA records have been submitted. Data can be corrected from May 15-June 30.
Check data for any corrections that might be needed during this window.
If a correction is made, the data will roll over overnight and can be checked the next day to ensure the correction went through.
Once data is uploaded, systems can log into AMOSS and run the Chronic Absentee Report and evaluate the data uploaded, which is encouraged.
