Standards and Instruction

In-person and virtual learning opportunities available throughout the summer and early fall

Star Assessment learning sessions:

If your district previously used or is currently implementing Star Assessments, you may have virtual learning to schedule. Schools can use their remaining virtual learning for any 60-minute session(s) in the Professional Learning Catalog. You don’t need to hold the session by Sept. 1, but you do need to schedule it by then so it doesn’t expire. Reach out to scheduling@renaissance.com for more information.

Upcoming FastBridge trainings:

  • FastBridge BTS Series:  Practices to Start the Year for MAAs, district managers, and school managers, virtual.  Co-facilitated with Kansas MTSS & Alignment.
  • Tuesday, July 9, 1-2 p.m.  Register here
  • Monday, July 15, 10–11 a.m.  Register here
  • FastBridge Lightning Round, Thursday, July 18, 10–11 a.m., virtual.  Register here

Upcoming In-person trainings:

There are numerous opportunities throughout the state to join either a Star or FastBridge regional training sponsored by KSDE.  Visit the newsletter for a full list of dates and locations.

Visit the Kansas Landing Page or monthly newsletter to explore more resources and learning opportunities for FastBridge and Star.
