Episode #20 of the HirePaths Cool Careers video series is now available.
Made for kids, each episode is hosted by a local child and highlights a fun, in-demand career in Kansas. In this new video, Emmy visits CrossWinds Counseling & Wellness in Emporia to learn about a job that helps kids and adults manage their emotions: a mental health provider.
She joins Marah, a clinical social worker, and the two discuss what led to Marah's interest in this field, why the job is so important and how to get started in this meaningful career.
