The Kansas State Department of Education Child Nutrition and Wellness team will host a Town Hall meeting via Zoom at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26.
The agenda will include the new Kansas food code, Supply Chain Assistance Funds – Round 4; Summer P-EBT update; equipment grants; Farm to School Census; and new United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) guidance.
Participants can partake in a Virtual Crunch to celebrate Farm to School Month and the Mountain Plains Crunch Off during the Town Hall by bringing their favorite crunchable produce.
