Kansas students, teachers and staff are headed back to school. That means it’s time to view the 2024-2025 Back-to-School video!
This year's video features Kansas Commissioner of Education Dr. Randy Watson preparing for a "big" press conference, thanks to a reminder from Makayla Auldridge, Office of the Commissioner administrative officer.
Dr. Frank Harwood, deputy commissioner of Fiscal and Administrative Services, and Scott Gordon, KSDE general counsel, help Dr. Watson prepare for the press conference, held in the board room. After a lengthy preparation, he faces some of Kansas’ top reporters, who don’t hold back anything.
