KSDE is encouraging districts and buildings to bring a leadership team to learn together. Each district will be slightly different according to size and district needs. The following are some ideas for the make-up of those teams:   

  • Superintendent 
  • Curriculum leaders 
  • Building administrators 
  • Classroom teachers  
  • Special ed professional/teacher(s)  
  • ELL professional  
  • CTE teacher(s)  
  • Fine Arts teacher(s)
