100 systems still need to report KESA year five on-site visit

The Kansas State Department of Education’s Accreditation and Design team is still waiting for about 100 systems to report when they will host their Kansas Education Systems Accreditation (KESA) year five on-site visit.

Outside Visitation Teams (OVT) visit dates is how the accreditation review process is mapped out, so sharing this date with accreditation@ksde.org is mandatory.

With 179 systems up for accreditation this year, it is important for KSDE to stay on top of managing the monthly review. Remember, the sooner your district has its visit, the sooner it can be reviewed by the Accreditation Review Council (ARC) and sent before the Kansas State Board of Education for an accreditation status. Email your date and questions to accreditation@ksde.org.
