Get ready for spring WorkKeys, ACT testing

Below are a few steps to help test coordinators prepare for WorkKeys and ACT testing in the spring.

  1. If you have not completed the test date selection for spring ACT and WorkKeys, the deadline to do so is Friday, Dec. 8.
  2. Accommodations requests for ACT must be submitted through the Test Accessibility and Accommodations System (TAA) no later than Jan. 5, 2024. Remember, it takes time for approval, so please submit requests early.
  3. To enroll students for paper WorkKeys and for ACT paper and online, you must submit the Student Data Upload Header Template. The deadline for that is Jan. 12.
  4. Enrollment for WorkKeys online is submitted through Validus. That submission window opens Jan. 30. You will then be able to enroll students and create test sessions for WorkKeys online.
  5. You may create online sessions and assign students for ACT online beginning Jan. 22.
