The Educator Data Collection System (EDCS) is now open for submitting the Fall Vacancy Report (FVR) and entering the Licensed Personnel Report (LPR) data.
The FVR is due Sept. 25, 2023.
There have been some changes to the Fall Vacancies page in EDCS, and as a result, entering fall vacancies will be done differently this year. It is very user-friendly and the changes should make the data more accurate because there is less room for error. Licensed Personnel Report Contacts (LPRCs) should watch their emails for information about the changes from Leslie Bruton, Data Systems Coordinator for Teacher Licensure.
Although districts will not be able to submit the LPR until Jan. 1, 2024, they can start entering data today.
