The Accreditation and Design team has started facilitating meetings called KESA Check-ins with systems in the West, Central and Eastern regions of Kansas, as well as with special purpose schools and urban, suburban and private systems.
Jean Rush, current Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) employee, has been named the East Region KESA executive and began her new role on Monday, January 22. For the Central region KESA executive position, Mindy Bruce, former superintendent at Renwick USD 267 will temporarily fill that role until July 1, 2024, when a permanent executive is named.
