The Perkins Principles have been developed to support districts as they develop new Perkins consortiums. This document is available also on the Perkins Federal Accountability webpage.
These principles were covered during the Perkins question-and-answer session held in November. All districts with planned Perkins consortium membership changes should review the principles document for guidance in the following areas:
