Reminder: Curriculum leaders meetings scheduled for 2025 and 2026; Great Ideas conference dates changed

The next curriculum leaders meeting will be on Jan. 31, at the Bishop Professional Development Center in Topeka. Register here by Jan. 17.   

Mark your calendars for the following dates and locations of the 2025 and 2026 curriculum leaders meetings.   

  • Jan. 31, 2025: Bishop Professional Development Center, in Topeka.  
  • Apr. 18, 2025: Maize Performing Arts and Aquatics Center, in Maize.  
  • Sept. 26, 2025: Fort Hays State University, Memorial Union, in Hays.   
  • Nov. 21, 2025: Bishop Professional Development Center, in Topeka.    
  • Jan. 30, 2026: Bishop Professional Development Center, in Topeka.    
  • April 17, 2026: Maize Performing Arts and Aquatics Center, in Maize.

Great Ideas in Education Conference dates change  

 The dates have changed for the Great Ideas in Education conferences for the next three years, all at the Hyatt Regency, in Wichita.   

  • July 27-30, 2025   
  • July 26-29, 2026   
  • July 25-28, 2027   

   

The curriculum leaders’ meetings and the Great Ideas in Education conferences are designed to provide curriculum leaders with the most current information and professional learning. There also will be time during these events for members of the district leadership teams (DLT) and other curriculum leaders to hold those vital conversations. Mark your calendars for these important professional development opportunities.
