April 7 is deadline for districts to fill out form on 2023-2024 alternative schools

Friday, April 7 is the deadline for Kansas school districts that plan to offer alternative school during the 2023-2024 school year to complete a Google form.

To better track and support alternative schools in the state, the Kansas State Department of Education’s (KSDE) Career, Standards and Assessment Services (CSAS) team is trying to verify how many alternative schools will be in operation during the 2023-2024 school year.

Districts that plan to offer an alternative school during this time frame should complete a Google form at https://forms.gle/5sAidnRkpvb63pMc7 by Friday, April 7.
