Tabatha Rosproy, a preschool teacher at Winfield Early Learning Center, Winfield Unified School District 465, was named the 2020 Kansas Teacher of the Year on Saturday, Nov. 23, during a special ceremony in Wichita.
Nineteen Parents as Teachers programs in Kansas have been designated Blue Ribbon Affiliates by the Parents as Teachers National Center, the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) announced.
The Kansas Board of Regents and Kansas State Department of Education are in the process of implementing the new Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V) in Kansas.
