Poster Contest Information

The 2025 School Bus Safety Poster Contest rules are now available through the link below.  Any student in Kansas may enter. A poster must win at the state level to be entered into the national contest.  The KSDE School Bus Safety Unit is responsible for submitting posters to the national contest.

Posters can be drawn anytime between now and April 1, 2025.  Posters must be submitted to the Kansas Dept. of Education School Bus Safety Unit BEFORE April 17, 2025.

1st place winners in each division at the state level will receive a plaque and a check for $50.  Their teacher (as listed on their entry form) will receive a check for $25 toward the purchase of classroom materials.  State winners will be notified after May 1st and will be recognized at the Kansas School Transportation Safety Conference in June in Wichita, KS
