State Performance Plans

 
Integrated Accountability

As part of the 2004 IDEA Reauthorization, Congress requires that every State Educational Agency (SEA) submit a State Performance Plan (SPP) to the federal Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP).

       

Additional SPP Information

 

Each State Educational Agency (SEA) must report annually to the public on the performance of each local educational agency (LEA) on the targets outlined in its Part B - State Performance Plan (SPP)

       

Annual Performance Reports

 

Each State must submit an Annual Performance Report (Part B – APR) on the State’s performance under its Part B - State Performance Plan (SPP).
