Birth to Five Collaboration

 

The State Interagency Early Childhood Team is composed of Coordinators from Part C, Part B-Section 619, Parents as Teachers, At-Risk preschool programs, and Head Start/Early Head Start who work together to develop cross agency MOU's and other documents focusing on an understanding of the requirements of and connections among the programs to maximize resources and support local collaboration.
