The procedure manual for Kansas FCCLA is the document by which Kansas FCCLA conducts business on a day-to-day basis. The policy and procedure manual is edited by the Board of Directors upon reccomendations of the State Executive Council, Advisers, Members, etc. The Board of Directors can edit this document by a simple majority vote. The procedure manual does not override the bylaws of Kansas FCCLA. The bylaws act as the primary directive for the organization.
