Mrs. Arnold worked as an auditor for the Kansas State Department of Labor in Wichita before running for elected offices. She chaired the Sedgwick County Democratic Party and was selected as a delegate for the Democratic National Convention in 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wichita State University.
